BB86 on the other hand refers to a road shell. Both share the same shell inner diameter of 41mm and a spindle diameter of 24mm. In my search for a press-fit BB I ran across Token and decided to give their BB86 model a try. While they offer a mountain bike specific press-fit BB compatible with either r BB92, I saw not much reason to use it and instead purchased the lighter TK-BB86. Both styles share the same outer and inner diameter after all. Machining and finish are top-notch. The bottom bracket is compatible with any 24mm integrated-spindle cranks such as Shimano Hollowtech II, FSA Megaexo, Race Face X-type, Rotor 3D and so on. Its supplied with adaptor shim and spacer for SRAM cranksets.
